Fruit harvested from the Nutt Road Vineyards, whole berry pressed, clarified and fermented in Hungarian oak. Both primary and secondary (malolactic) fermentation in oak, extended aging in oak, lees stirred periodically for 6 months. Hints of pear and toast, a harmonious balance between the fruit and its aging vessel.
