Winemaking Notes: The fruit was machine harvested and crushed into stainless steel tanks to ferment. Daily pumpovers and punch downs during fermentation. After malolactic conversion in stainless steel, the wine was moved into neutral French and American oak barrels and aged for about 12 months.
