Grüner Veltliner
The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and fermentated in both stainless steel tank and neutral French oak barrels.
The wine rested on the lees for about 8 months before being readied for bottling.
A small percentage of skin ferment grüner was blended in to support the overall structure of the wine.
