Barrel Ferment Pinot Gris
Fruit was machine harvested, crushed, pressed, settled and then fermented in large format oak barrels.
After primary fermentation, the wine underwent the secondary malolactic fermentation.
The wine spent 6 months aging in oak prior to being bottled.
Hints of roasted hazlenuts, marzipan, honey notes, apricots, chammomile, mushroom and citrus.
