Winemaking Notes: The fruit was de-stemmed and pressed into fermentation bins. The wine fermented on the skins for 2 weeks, with daily punchdowns. After fermentation, the wine was racked into stainless steel tank for aging.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe apple and pear, with hints of beeswax and white flowers. On the palate, a rounded moutfeel with a lingering finish. Hints of apple, sweet ruby red grapefruit, apple skins and herbs.
