Pinot Noir
Winemaking Notes - Whole cluster and crushed fruit was c0-fermented in stainless tanks with daily pumpovers. Once fermentation was complete the wine was pressed off the skins. Full malolactic fermentation followed. The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 7 months before being ready to be bottled.
Tasting Notes - Aromas and flavors of cherry, smoke, blood orange, raspberry and spice.
