Winemaking Notes: The fruit was machine harvested and crushed into stainless steel tanks. Daily pumpovers to coax tannin and color extraction. After fermentation, the wine was racked in to neutral French oak and unerwent malolactic conversion. The wine was aged in barrel for just over 1 year.
Tasting Notes: Flavors and aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, earth, leather and Chinese 5 spice.
