Winemaking Notes: A small percentage of whole cluster fruit was fermented with crushed fruit in stainless steel tank. Daily pump-overs for the duration of fermentation.
Once fermentation was complete the wine was pressed off the skins and the wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months before being ready to be bottled.
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of cherry, blood orange, raspberry, smoke and baking spice.
