Winemaking Notes: The fruit was machine harvested, de-stemmed, crushed and allowed to soak on the skins for 4 - 12 hours. It was pressed off into stainless steel tank and fermented for about 1 month. A small amount of Rosé of Lemberger was blended in to help extend the length of the wine and help support the aromas and flavors.
 
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of cherry, raspberry, pear, floral notes and herbs.

Winemaking Notes: The fruit was crushed and destemmed into the press and lest to soak on skins for 12 hours. The juice was then pressed into stainless steel tank to settle. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral French oak barrel. The 2 components were blended before bottling.
 
Tasting Notes: Concentrated aromas and flavors of strawberry, cherries, and watermelon with hints of smoke.

Winemaking Notes: A small percentage of whole cluster fruit was fermented with crushed fruit in stainless steel tank. Daily pump-overs for the duration of fermentation. Once fermentation was complete the wine was pressed off the skins and the wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months before being ready to be bottled.
 
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of cherry, blood orange, raspberry, smoke and baking spice.

After malolactic conversion in stainless steel, the wine was moved into neutral French and American oak barrels and aged for about 12 months.
