Cabernet Franc and Lemberger paly nicely with each other and create a tasty, textural dry red.
Fermented separately by indigenous yeasts in stainless red fermenters, with daily pumpovers.
Full malolactic fermentation.
Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.
