When I Grow Up (to be a Somm)
Inspired by the Beach Boys song "When I Grow Up (to Be a Man)", we are excited to present a unique wine and food pairing experience.
Chef Pam will create a three small plates. Peter Becraft of Anthony Road and Sebastian Hardy of Living Roots will select wines from each other's portfolios to pair with each plate. You will taste the wines blind and rank each pairing. At the end of the evening, we will tally the votes, and the winning winemaker will recieve the sommelier's coveted tool, the Tastevin.

1. Smoked trout with apple radish on herbed bread
2. Duck liver pate with dried plums on crostini
3. Brasaiola ribbons with aged Asiago
