Inspired by the Beach Boys song "When I Grow Up (to Be a Man)", we are excited to present a unique wine and food pairing experience. 

Chef Brud Holland will create a three-course meal.  Peter Becraft of Anthony Road and Vinny Aliperit of Billsboro will select three wines from each other's portfolios to pair with each course.  You will taste the wines blind and rank each pairing.   At the end of the evening, we will tally the votes, and the winning winemaker will recieve the sommelier's coveted tool, the Tastevin. 

The Menu: 

Amuse Bouche: Scallion & Green Pea Cream Puff. 

Course 1: Scallops and Asparagus 

Course 2: Steelhead Trout, Speck Phyllo, Lemon Thyme Potato, Wakame Cream.  

Course 3: Grilled Port Tenderloin & Pineapple Salad with white balsamic & Mango Dressing

Finish: Apple Green Chili Tartlet with Dried Chili Lime Mezcal Sauce
