Our winemaker’s dinner is a delightful and exclusive event where Peter Becraft, our head winemaker, shares his insights on the art and science that go into each vintage of our wines. This evening showcases how the interplay between food and wine enhances the overall enjoyment of each, making it a unique culinary experience. Indulge in a thoughtfully crafted 6-course meal, meticulously designed by guest chef Samantha Busykes and Peter to leave a lasting impression on your taste buds. The event will feature a selection of both library wines and current releases, promising a journey through our finest vintages.

1st Course: White Fish Crudo, Passion Fruit, Red Chili and Micro Cilantro/ 2023 Pinot Blanc
2nd Course: Fire Grilled Orange Fennel Spiced Rabbit with Strawberry Mint BBQ Glaze/2015 Pinot Noir
3rd Course: Green Tomato Pie with Sweet Corn, Poblano Crust and Arugula/ 2008 Semi Dry Riesling (a Governor’s Cup Winner!)
4th Course: Fire Table Grilled Porchetta with Apples, Fennel, Onion and Marjoram/ 2015 Martini-Becraft Selection Vignoles
5th Course: Pasta Carbonara with Black Pepper Guanciale and Muranda Parmesan/ 2023 Martini- Becraft Selection Cabernet Franc (not yet released)
6th Course: Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake with Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote/ 2024 Rosé of Lemberger
