Barrel Ferment Chardonnay
Our Barrel Ferment Chardonnay takes a different path than our standard chardonnay.
The juice began was chilled and allowed to settle for 2 days before being racked into large foramt neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. Once fermentation was complete, the wine rested on its lees for about 6 months before being readied for bottling.
